Q: Are you doing a Fun Run, Skydive, Swim or Marathon, or any event where you could be sponsored? It doesn't matter what event you are taking part in, even if it's a sponsored beard shave, people will sponsor you for our good cause.

The Adidas Women’s Challenge (Formally the Hydro Active Women’s Challenge) Hyde Park
Over 20 ladies took part in this fantastic event and raised an incredible £1,800 towards hospice care, a hired bus transported all our runners, their supporters and families to London’s Hyde Park where we were met with thousands of women taking part for their chosen charity. The atmosphere was great! The weather was hot and sunny. All the NCHT runners, walked ran or jogged around the 5klm course. Contact the hospice for registration form.

How high can you jump for the NCHT?
A 10,000ft skydive in Tandem over the countryside, free fall
for 5,000ft then relax and take in the beauty of the local area.
All you have to do is raise £365 in sponsorship and agree a
date and venue to do the sky dive.

Paul Shriever takes on the IRONMAN UK TRIATHLON
The Ironman UK Triathlon competition consists of a breath taking 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run.
Our champion, Paul Shriever is taking on this exciting challenge for the Nightingale Community Hospice Trust by taking part in the Ironman UK Triathlon on Sunday 7th September 2008.

Emma Storey is putting on her power trainers for the Nightingale
Emma Storey is doing the London 10k run in aid of the Nightingale Community Hospice Trust on Sunday 6th July 2008 in Central London, by helping to raise vital funds for the Hospice. Emma’s father John, was one of our clients.
